About the Role

We are looking for an organized, driven, get-things-done, self-starter to be TrustSwap's Chief Operating Officer. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will optimize TrustSwaps operating capabilities, employ strategies, systems and processes, and procedures to maximize productivity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction within the company. You will regularly collaborate with Finance & Operations, Product, Technology, HR, Marketing, Customer Success teams. 

You will:

• Oversee company operations, project timeline, business development, and employee productivity.
• Evaluate and monitor task performance across the company, and ensure tasks are being met and efficiency is maximized
• Identify innovative ways to grow business, impact, platforms, and partnerships
• Measure and analyze current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize our business growth and revenue strategy
• Strategically manage, organize, and coordinate employees from different departments to ensure efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven management experience in a fast-paced, data-driven, and high-performance environment; preferably in internet businesses
• Experiences in high-growth start-up firms, M&A, cultivating relationships with investors, partners and clients, and other relevant experience is an asset
• Results-oriented - holds themselves accountable for short- and long-term success
• Well-versed in cryptocurrency, and Ethereum technology.
• Thrilled to work in start-up environment with a fast-moving and rapidly growing
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 - $200,000 / year
