Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide research reports on cryptoassets and protocols in a structured format.
• Follow up on partnership deals.
• Chase and contact projects around crypto space for partnership deals.
• Maintain a high quality standard while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with other team members to peer review and provide feedback on reports.
• Study cryptocurrencies and recommend investment opportunities and general financial strategies
• Gain a deep understanding of various relevant aspects of the crypto industry including technology, regulatory, economic, and protocol background details.
• Provide sophisticated calendar management for for CEO/COO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO/COO's ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports.
• Work closely with the CEO/COO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO/COO updated. Anticipate CEO/COO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.

Qualifications

• Interest in, and passion for, the crypto industry.
• Previous experience/knowledge in the crypto industry especially in research; experience with broad variety of admin tasks such as data entry and calendar management etc.
• Understanding of various aspects of protocols/networks and assets.
• Experience researching and writing up concise summaries of your findings.
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality reports on a short deadline.
• Ability to synthesize complex topics and provide concise summaries for readers.
