Mirana Ventures is an investment team with a broad mandate for all things crypto related. We lead deals and follow-on, investing in teams and projects from early to growth stage. We back crypto funds with a differentiated investment thesis.

Our Investment Mandate
- Projects with strategic synergies with Crypto Exchanges in terms of users, trade flows, or organization capabilities. This includes: trading tools, media platforms, analytics or aggregator platforms, licensed fiat onramps, licensed wealth management, crypto security projects, social media agencies, and recruitment agencies.
- Projects with strategic synergies with BitDAO, including: DEX, lending, vaults, synthetics, layer 2 solutions, onchain security or audit solutions, wallets and analytics.
- Innovative crypto projects that will be future unicorns including: DeFi, NFT related, and layer 1 or 2.
- Aspiring founders capable of challenging the status quo.
Our Values
- Collaborative - We have a lean core team and must seek feedback from subject matters experts from our affiliated teams (labs, operations, trading, legal) and co-investment partners. We value diversity of perspectives and encourage dissenting reviews on our investment decks.
- Process/Product Owners - We look to hire individuals who can oversee workstreams independently. This requires a thorough understanding of the goals of the organization company. We want individuals who ask "I want to do this, what do you think?" and not "what should I do next?". All investments team members are expected to interact with various communities to source deals, arrange calls with teams and advisors, draft documentation, and coordinate the end-to-end deal-flow process. We do not have pure research roles.
- Goal Orientated - We care about capability and ability to contribute. We are agnostic towards your background, location, preferred working hours.
- Fast Paced - Each investments team member will explore and drive at least 10 deals simultaneously

What you will do:
Support proposals and go-to-market of the most experimental deals in crypto.
- Work on a wide range of deals including gaming DAOs, ecosystem funds, swaps, artist guilds, and lore based projects.
- Work with project founders, development labs, design and marketing agencies to bring ideas to the next stage.
- Coordinate BitDAO proposals.

Requirements
Experience in proposal work or product development
Crypto native user
- familiarity with Metamask and hardware wallets
- experience with using Ethereum dAPPs including farming, NFTs and DAO tools.
- can explain functionality of at least one of the following applications: e.g. AMM, Bridge, Lending, or Governance.
- can identify some major pain points, gaps, and opportunities within the current state of crypto.
- spend spare time doing crypto related things: researching, aping, building tools, hanging out in crypto project discords or communities, etc.
Ability to produce polished content
Including engaging pitches (manifesto, vision, mission) and detailed proposal terms. You will be asked to show some examples.
Ability to coordinate ad-hoc fast paced projects
Communications ability with wide range of functional teams. Proactiveness to engage with freelancers to deliver component work.
