Pantera Capital, a blockchain and cryptocurrency focused investment firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate. The position is responsible for handling the digital marketing programs of the firm. The role will assist with digital projects; digital marketing management, search engine optimization, internet marketing, website management, and capital raising activities. Must oversee the effective operation of the company’s online marketing campaigns, and participate in the development of various strategies used for marketing the firm’s products and brands through the internet and email campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Work with marketing team to get the most out of our content and digital marketing campaigns
- Manage company website with primary focus of increasing traffic, keeping content current and maintaining and increasing engagement and brand awareness
- Manage the firm’s email marketing campaigns to assure they reach the target audience
- Manage the firm’s social media presence to build brand and increase engagement
- Improve efficiencies by utilizing automation as much as possible
- Working with others to keep CRM current and accurate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing, or in other related field
- Possess good understanding of web analytics and web designing
- Ability to handle budget management and pay per click advertising
- Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently with limited or no supervision
- Possess team spirit and be able to interact professionally  other members of staff
- Excellently communication skills, both in written and verbal
- Possess good knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce and web development
- Possess top class Internet proficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver top quality jobs consistently
- Possess positive attitude, sound judgement, and top level professionalism
