What we are looking for in You

  • Experience in Digital Marketing and dealing with digital assets
  • Deep historical knowledge of cryptocurrency
  • Advanced knowledge of smart contract
  • Familiar with the emerging DeFi landscape and what differentiates the various projects from one another
  • Accustomed with technical aspects of crypto that can convey information or knowledge to our users at all levels of understanding
  • Inside experience and understanding of blockchains-related technologies.
  • Experience with content management, growth marketing, and social media management
  • Strong English writing, editing, and communication skills

Competencies you should possess (qualification and skills Requirements)

  • 3 years+ qualification in marketing, communications, IT, or related field of study
  • A certificate in digital marketing (Advantageous)
  • Proven working experience (3 years+) in digital marketing (mandatory), particularly within the crypto and blockchain landscape (mandatory)
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or displaying advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of advertising serving tools

Ā What is expected from you (Role and responsibilities)?

As a digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing a global content strategy across all our owned media channels which includes website, community channels, social media, and blog. Develop multi-channel communication strategies for our digital assets and blockchain-related products lines. Promote our products and services using digital channels and targeting consumers both directly and indirectly. This, while ensuring that all online activities complement offline efforts. You will thus play an integral role in the development, execution, and measurement of digital marketing strategies that aim at increasing our brand awareness, manage and optimise the customer journey, drive lead generation, and support strategic goals.

What You will be doing.

You will be involved among others in:

  • Building the foundation: You will take charge of writing new content about our projects. Such content may be technical, knowledge of smart contracts, and general industry trends.
  • Telling our story: Using your advanced knowledge in crypto, write compelling stories that will help blockchain users understand what makes us unique. As we continue to grow, define the narratives and stories that will excite and inspire communities while building confidence with our audiences.
  • Creating, creating, and creating: Grow our online presence with brilliant content that speaks to the emotions of traders and tech enthusiasts.

Other activities will include;

Search engine optimization (SEO), market research, and reporting

  • Develop strategies to drive relevant traffic to our website to achieve high-ranking placements in search results.
  • Ensure that the website is easily found by the target audience.
  • Optimizing website structure and content for search engines (SEO) and/or the use of paid online advertising (SEM)
  • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs, and a community
  • Conduct keyword research and online statistics reporting
  • Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • Track the website traffic flow
  • Analyse digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
  • Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts/platforms
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
  • Measures and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses them against set goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Provide internal reports regularly
  • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Marketing campaigns and strategy

  • Oversee the pay-per-click (PPC) marketing campaigns
  • Optimize online advertising paid for by the business to appear alongside non-paid search results.
  • Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
  • Oversee all social media engagements and brand awareness campaigns
  • Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
  • Keep up to date with current digital marketing trends
  • Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities
  • Identify trends and provide insights to the organisation leadership
  • Allocate marketing investments
  • Plan and direct marketing campaigns
  • Design marketing collaterals for the website and other social media platforms to assist with visuals
  • Liaise with the product development team to plan marketing campaigns
  • Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with the sales team

  • Manage the online presence and company brand.
  • Engage with consumers in real-time using Social networking tools such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google+
  • Develop a distinct online presence by attracting like-minded individuals through social media channels (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram).
  • Create and implement a content strategy for the organisation to ensure online objectives are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends
  • Create a platform of likeminded community to engage on matters relating to cybersecurity
  • Contribute to the company and industry blogs and manage e-communications
  • Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent across all customers touchpoints

  • Optimize the website for online sales by designing a seamless online shopping experience
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize users' experience.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Create business lead through the conversion of visits (social media platforms and website) into online sales.
  • Propose special sales deals
  • Assist with paid media, including liaising with digital advertising agencies
  • Negotiate with media suppliers to achieve the best price for the organisation.
  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies.
