Role And Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the NYM Ventures managegement team, plan and implement the technology strategies and systems on a group-wide and per-unit bases
- Establish and monitor KPIs
- Hire and oversee developers and other technology-related staff
- Manage the day-to-day operations of technologies
- Ensure the technology resources are operating as required and on-budget
- Establish and maintain key relationships with critical partners and vendors
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience in a technology leadership role or a role that would qualify for this position
- Experience in blockchain / crypto technologies
- Ideally, experience DAOs, cryptocurrency exchanges, and/or launchpads
- Strong technical background
- Strategic thinker
- Proven leadership and organizational abilities
- Experience in scaling projects and teams, leading remotely
- BSc or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- MSc/PhD or equivalent a plus
- Flexible availability, able to commit hours as required
