About the Role
We are seeking an EU-based Crypto Operations & Compliance Lead to support a growing crypto business with occasional operational, administrative, and compliance-related matters in Europe.
This is not a full-time role and is not intended to involve continuous day-to-day work. Instead, it is best suited for someone who is comfortable serving in a light ongoing capacity, providing support as needed on specific tasks such as company formation coordination, account onboarding, KYB/KYC documentation, compliance-related follow-up, and related operational matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience in crypto and a practical understanding of how to navigate business setup, onboarding, and compliance processes within the EU.
Responsibilities
- Support EU company formation and related setup processes as needed
- Assist with exchange, banking, EMI, vendor, or service-provider onboarding
- Help coordinate KYB/KYC and corporate documentation
- Liaise when necessary with lawyers, service providers, accountants, or formation agents
- Provide occasional support on compliance and operational matters tied to EU business activity
- Help identify documentation gaps or process issues before they become obstacles
Requirements
- EU residency
- Familiarity with crypto, digital asset businesses, or related onboarding/compliance workflows
- Strong organizational skills and responsiveness
- Ability to assist on an as-needed basis
- Professional communication and discretion
Preferred
- Experience with EU entities, crypto compliance, or financial services onboarding
- Familiarity with MiCA, AML, CASP-related matters, or cross-border structuring
- Prior experience with company formation, KYB, banking, or exchange onboarding
Compensation
Flexible depending on experience and structure. Open to:
