Event and Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Liaison with Binance Smart Chain projects to organize events
  —Organize relevant events that provide value (Top 50 projects)
  —Create a narrative for the importance of the event - make it fun, tell a story.
  —Setting up registration
  —Promptly addressing any projects and attendee's concerns
  —Quantify event goals

• Maintain organization between numerous contacts through Telegram

• Planning event details and aspects, including dates, marketing plan across socials, and giveaways —Complete coordination of events: start to finish —Distributing + Organizing all assets and event materials to the proper parties —Leverage event marketing through partners and outside source's

  —Liaison with in-house team members to provide all relevant information promptly

  —Maximize marketing strategy with Social Media Manager (Ongoing and previous events) —Work with Livestream participants to provide event details

  —Input data for GFX design and Social Media manager

• Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise

• Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event

• Brainstorming exciting events based on trends and analytics

• Identifying trends and leveraging content (new + old) to promote growth  —Yield analytics, Trending “sectors” (GameFi), BSC Analytics

• Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency

Requirements:

• 2 Years + of Social Media Management
• Telegram Proficiency
• Expertise in Binance Smart Chain and DeFi - 5 yield farm minimum
• Degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related fields
• Proficiency in organization software such as Monday.com
• Certification in Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to leverage all forms of outreach
