Royale Finance is an industry-focused decentralised lending protocol. Its purpose is to create Web 3.0 smart-backed funding solutions using DeFi primitives in order to support the innovation of GameFi products and platforms, our V1.5 is the Gamepad which you will be working on getting past the finish line as your first assignment.
Responsibilities
- Determine the structure and design of our front end applications on various devices including mobile devices
- Design a framework for creating user apps that grows with the needs of the company
- Utilize a variety of markup languages to write web pages and mobile app pages
- Implement responsible web design principles to ensure that our company website renders well across multiple devices Develop features to enhance the user experience
- Monitor website performance, watch for site usability problems and rectify the issues Build reusable code for future use and shared among the front end applications. Optimize web pages and mobile pages for maximum speed and scalability
- Maintain brand consistency throughout design
- Assist in the development of applications and features that will be put on the website and in internal functions as well
- Work with Analysts to understand requests or discuss alternatives, resolve system issues and provide or respond to suggestions for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to Engineers and Analysts with less experience.
- Provide support for production applications including on-call after-hours support on a rotational basis.
- Develop and maintain support documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
- 4+ years Front end developer experience including at least 2 year experience with React and 1 year in crypto industry.
- Java
- HTML5 / JavaScript / CSS
- Mobile development including Android and iOS native applications and hybrid applications
- Experience in a formal Software Development Life Cycle.
- Evidence of a detailed, well-organized ability to multi-task and complete concurrent, technical priorities.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Evidence of ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external clients and resources. Self-motivated, curious, creative and passionate about technology.
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using formal software management and source control tools such as Git.
