Titan IO is a well-funded startup that has developed an intelligent mining management software suite, transparent mining pool, and decentralized marketplace for global hashpower trading. Built by miners for miners, Titan makes mining easy, profitable, and scalable. Titan's goal has always been to make mining as highly optimized, efficient, and decentralized as possible and we are now developing an efficient global marketplace for the buying/selling of crypto mining hashpower.

About the role the Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing unconventional methods of promotion to draw public interest to Titan, and our open-source protocol, Lumerin. We need someone who can create campaigns and tactics ranging from viral marketing through social networks, to grassroots marketing, to undercover marketing with subtle product placement. This person must be comfortable in an all-hands-on deck environment, able to operate and coordinate across teams, and can thrive in a startup culture (read a lot of ambiguity). Recipes for success include being an innovator, expert in social brand building, content development, creative ideas, media buying, planning and being anal about copywriting. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Proven Experience and track record in Growth/Guerilla Marketing
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in Growth/Guerilla Marketing
- Strong campaign and project management and communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity
- Ability to handle ambiguity
- Talent for working collaboratively across technical and marketing disciplines
- Bonus: Prior experience telling brand stories for startups
Specifically, you will need to have solid
experience in:
- Design, develop and execute ambitious growth/guerrilla marketing campaigns that will blow the minds of people.
- Own the marketing strategy and execution for key segments and campaigns across the stages: evaluate, ideate, experiment, scale, measure, iterate
- Create memorable experiential marketing campaigns and promotions that people will remember-long after their initial launch.
- Support and develop the growth/guerrilla marketing strategy for the team and manage day-to-day marketing operations.
- Manage all aspects of the growth/guerrilla marketing creative calendar, including copy/creative testing pipeline, endorsement schedule, sourcing for new content.
- Be accountable for the impact of the growth/guerrilla marketing campaigns on the company’s overall brand and voice.
- Collaborate with international marketing teams for market launches and ongoing growth. Partner regularly with Product, Sales, UX, Partnerships, and other cross-functional partners
