Plexus are currently partnered with one of Berlin’s most exciting emerging tech companies who are seeking a Head of Blockchain to join them in disrupting the industry. This is an opportunity to work with a real market leader who are tech-first.
Job Role
This is a senior role, reporting directly to the Founders of the business. You will be responsible for managing a medium sized tech team (15-20 people), largely across back-end technologies. Blockchain expertise is a must. You will be responsible for making strategic decisions around the product portfolio, guiding the developers in technical choices, and hiring and expanding the team
Requirements: - Experience in managing tech teams of Developers, DevOps, Product etc - Passion for Blockchain technology, and proven experience of working in the industry. - Result-oriented – you like to set your own goals and aim to achieve them - Enjoy the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company - You will come from a technical background, and be comfortable engaging in high level technical, software discussions.
