As an online community builder, your mission is to foster the creation of a strong community across Merlin's community platforms by creating a strategy and measuring your success with meaningful metrics. You will be building, training and managing the global communities teams.

About the role:

• User growth. The right candidate will have a track record of managing and growing online communities.
• Mission. Our mission is to provide the best DEFI products to the masses. We are looking for someone that can evangelize our mission and make it accessible to all.

What you will do:

• Manage and grow a team of community moderators to help execute the community strategy across forums, social platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement.
• Assist in organising online and offline events and meet-ups, conducting product and service surveys
• Build an online community strategy for our forums, Telegram & Discord.
• Set up metrics to measure success for community growth.
• Create meaningful engagement within the community by coming up with innovative ideas.
• Work with the community team to relay feedback from the community as a community advocate.
• Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience with blockchain or crypto companies. Ideally, loves and uses DeFi daily.
• Strategic problem solver with validated results building and executing a community strategy
• Strong analytical skills with experience in strategy development, campaign execution, and optimization, Google analytics.
• Excellent verbal + written communication skills; ability to adapt strategic messaging across channels to drive action
• 2+ years in role with relevant transferable experience.
• Ability to navigate (and thrive in) fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Data driven and analytical.
