- Management of department governance (how the department works, both in relation to itself and the other departments)
- Management of department tactics (the what, why and when something is worked on by the department)
- Management of people (developers, scrum master, UI/UX designer)
- Management of product development (decentralized exchange and fiat on-ramp)
- Oversight of planning activities (knowledge sharing, requirements gathering, design proposals, and design specifications)
- Oversight of development practices (coding, testing, and quality assurance)
- Preparation of department based reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Organisation and moderation of department related meetings
- Representation of department to the community, media, and at events
Requirements
- Native level fluency in English (spoken and written)
- 5+ years professional development experience
- Outstanding leadership qualities
- Exceptional people and product management skills
- Experience in developing mission-critical software applications
- Experience in management of multiple products and teams
- Basic knowledge of blockchain, cryptography, distributed networks
- Basic knowledge of Lisk, Bitcoin, Ethereum and other protocols
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Ethereum, Substrate and Cosmos development
- Experience with Decentralized Finance (DeFi)
- Experience with decentralized exchanges
- Experience with centralized exchanges
