BlockSwap is a Fixed Income protocol for DeFi, with a mission to onboard mainstream users to Defi through PoS native yield.
We are searching for a Head of Product Growth, who will be the Key Pillar of our protocol growth activities and nurturing a unique community moat around it. We are close to launching our mainnet. And As the Head of Growth, you will be driving brand and product awareness and engage with Defi Communities, Twitter, journalists, influencers, and users with compelling content.
You’ll work closely with the founding team to drive the launch and adoption of products that prime to serve users globally. We have a large community audience that is growing strength to strength every day, currently address more than 120k+ Twitter followers, 90K+ TG users, 30K+min reads for our blog with 11K+ followers.

- Develop proactive short and long-form content, communications and actively engage with DeFi and DAO community channels
- Lead the Community Outreach and Social Media to drive the Content and Communications calendar for internal (blog, website, community), and external channels and submissions, including, reports, articles, scripts, byline/contributed content, speaking opportunities, and awards
- Engage our community by creating content, talking regularly to users, and advocating for our user base
* Manage all aspects of product launches, from messaging to press to social media
* Develop actionable, data-driven insights to drive product and marketing strategy
* Develop the story and strategy for our brand and online presence

About You:
* Exceptional storyteller who can communicate complex DeFi primitive in a simpler form and a native English speaker.
* Able to shepherd a product growth initiative that connects millions of users.
* Highly driven and competitive with a strong understanding of financial primitives, especially bonds and Asset Management
* Exceptional project and timeline management; strong attention to detail
and deliberate in your steps
* Passionate about the potential for DeFi connecting mainstream users and institutions.
* Excited to work with a small, intense, and high performing team
* Strong grip with Ethereum and DeFi & DAO NFT community (Twitter, TG, Reddit, and Discord)

* Highly talented Jedi team who are domain experts in Asset fungibility and tokenization.
* Industry-leading cross-chain engineers.
* Protocol engineers who build truly autonomous DAO for fully composable Defi yield markets for PoS and NFT ecosystem.

What We Look For In You:
* 2+ years of experience as a product growth team with a reputable high-growth startup, DeFi protocol.
* Growth mindset and problem solver, generate ideas, growing market share- driving growth.
* Professional experience in crypto is not required, but deep literacy with DeFi and the world of Ethereum is a must.
Nice To Haves:
* Experience in finance Marketing and Communications; blockchain, DeFi preferred
* Experience in Asset Management or Fintech
* A previous technical background in growth marketing
