dHEDGE is a DeFi startup in the asset management space. We're a team of hardcore crypto native builders and investors who love the craftsmanship of web3 products.

 

The DeFi space is exciting, moving super fast. It brings together finance, memes, internet communities, investors, open-source developers, futurists and visionaries. dHEDGE's products consist of actively managed hedge funds, bots and we regularly run campaigns and competitions to create engaging social experiences.

 

Our team is growing and we are currently seeking a full time marketing and growth lead to manage social media strategy, own and lead our company's product marketing vertical.

You:

• Have experience in leading content pipeline (curate, produce, write, organize with our team or commission with contractors)
• Manage content calendar
• Get a kick from creating memes and keeping up to date with the trending topics in crypto and the DeFi space.
• Engagement Response:  Be the brand's voice for inbounds, social media mentions etc.
• Drive communication publications for key milestones and events across all relevant channels: Twitter mostly, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram and potentially others.
• Automating standard content: enjoy building processes that automate content generation and engagement keeping in mind funnel building and product conversions
• Initiate marketing and growth streams, coordinate and plan with the team according to the product roadmap.

 

This role is a strategic role at an early stage startup in a very fast moving industry.
