Centric is expanding our marketing team and looking for a full-time Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing Team in order to grow our community and userbase to the next level. This is a remote position working with a global team. You will be responsible for developing strategy, long and short-term marketing plans/campaigns, press releases, and managing resources. You must understand the crypto industry and have marketing experience. This is NOT an entry-level position. Must be fluent in the English language.Ā
You
- At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience and a proven track record in crypto, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, gaming, and/or metaverse
- A leader and a team player, comfortable in taking responsibilities, managing team members, establishing KPIs, and working independently
- Data-driven and comfortable with performance metrics
- Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
- Ability to work remotely, autonomously and take initiative
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare, execute, evaluate and refine Centric's marketing strategy together with the founders and executive team.
- Brand awareness -Ā build out and deploy over time a clear and distinct brand strategy that separates us from the herd with simple, exciting concepts to attract new users and partners. Utilizing marketing analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.) to create brand awareness and understand the market segmentation in order to fully target.Ā Generate brand exposure by securing and managing influencers, AMA events, and overall community promotion partners.Ā
- Grow Centricās ecosystem by working with the sales and marketing teams to identify and negotiate relevant partnerships.
- Work with the marketing team to drive growth for the Centric's brand through impressions, engagements, and followers on social media platforms
- Experience with creating and managing email campaignsĀ
- Work with the marketing team to create, maintain, and execute a social media calendar to drive key metrics
- Work with the marketing team to develop supporting media for posts and replies which resonate with the community and drive engagements
- Engage with our writers to deliver quality written content about the project, features, and important announcements in the form of blog posts, articles, news & events, PRs, email campaigns, and social media
- Track, monitor and report the success of all marketing activities.
- Coordinate and manage internal resources
- Seek ways to grow and cultivate high-quality and engaged communities.
- Communicating growth ideas across the project
- Be an evangelist for our mission, who we are, and what we represent
