As the head of marketing, you'll play a key role in expanding our online/social media presence and overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about blockchain technology and the decentralized future it can shape and is just as passionate about marketing. Your contribution will play a meaningful role in developing and deploying our brand globally.
This is a “remote” position, so you will need the ability to work independently.
Main responsibilities:
* Being responsible for all the Marketing activities
* Responsible for determining a marketing strategy that creates demand for the platform. Lead the planning, development and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives.
* Developing different community building strategies
* Monitor digital channel performances, produce reports and recommendations for areas of improvement.
* Manage communications and PR for CryptoLocally
* Ensure the brand reputation is enhanced in all digital activity and the tone of voice/style is applied consistently across all activities.
* Increase our presence on our different social media channels (Twitter, Medium, Blog, Telegram, Reddit, Email etc…)
* Our ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive traffic and optimise conversions using a mix of paid and organic tactics.
Skills required:
* Proven 7 - 15 years of work experience as a Growth Hacker, Digital Marketer or similar role.
* Strong understanding of content-driven knowledge businesses and how to promote that both on and off-site
* Research, data and analysis skills
* Great strategical and operational knowledge of online advertising and PR activities
* Success in applying metrics from tools like SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar/fullstory, Google Trends, Google Optimise, and Google Search Console
* Proven track record in analysing the customer journey through sales funnels to increase conversion
* Experience in scaling performance marketing for a fast-growth business or startups
* Good understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
* Ability to liaise with influencers and content creators
* Capable of working effectively and independently in a remote team environment
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
