Smart Valor is looking for an Operations Manager with a proven experience in the industry, who will help us during the setup of the internal operations of the Crypto Exchange
Responsibilities
- Setting up internal operations of Crypto Exchange
- Undertake regular financial reviews
- Implement policies regarding regulatory requirements (Compliance Procedures) to effectively identify and manage the key risks
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism and in accordance with company policies/guidelines
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
- Work closely with various internal partners (including Founders, Engineers, Sales, Marketing, Control teams, IT) in different regions
- Strive to make your team’s work as efficient as possible by improving or creating processes, automating as much of your work as possible,
- Constantly look for ways to improve our customer service, and handle the process support
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and trading
- Experience setting up internal operations of Crypto Exchange
- Attention to detail with excellent communication skills and patience
- Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively
- Capable of working under pressure
- Cooperative with strong team spirit and a willingness to motivate your other colleagues on the Customer Support Team
- Language skills including but not limited to English, German and French
