About Fractal Blockchain:
Fractal is about decentralizing markets using the Blockchain technology. We support public utility protocols in providing a seamless onboarding process for their initial token exchange. Our aim is to bring a great user experience to the blockchain and ensure compliant processes. We build user-centric modules that help on the mission to decentralize equity markets.
Position Description:
- Develop and improve user onboarding and document checks
- Assume responsibility for ongoing procedural topics in relation to our platform that you complete precisely, flawlessly and diligently
- Understand digital process flows and build scalable processes that can be automated
- Build and manage the internal operations handbooks and collaborate with internal and external legal resources
- Hire and manage the operations team
- Handle data security and consumer protection issues
Your Profile:
- You already gained over two years work experience (ideally in a compliance-related field, e.g. process consultancy)
- You have strong operational or compliance related (KYC/AML) experience
- You have a good understanding of regulatory frameworks and standard requirements as well as implementing these in digital requirements
- You enjoy implementing and optimising complex processes
- You enjoy interacting with various stakeholders
- You have a hands-on mentality and an execution focused work ethic
- Excellent English skills
