- Manage hiring agency, recruiter and partner relationships
- Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Develop a strategy for sourcing top tier candidates from various sources, meeting these candidates on their playing field (not just LinkedIn searching)
- Manage day to day candidate tracking and coordination, with an eye for finding optimizations and process improvements to our ATS software
