Derivatives products currently offered on the Bybit platform are inverse perpetual contracts (BTCUSD, ETHUSD, XRPUSD, EOSUSD), linear perpetual contracts (BTCUSDT, ETHUSDT, BCHLINK, LINKUSDT, LTCUSDT, XTZUSDT, ADAUSDT, DOTUSDT, UNIUSDT) and inverse futures contracts (BTCUSD quarterly).

Responsibilities

  • Reporting into Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the high-performing team charting the vision and roadmap for the Bybit brand quarter on quarter. 
  • You’ll apply your experience in brand, consumer and marketing research, campaign strategy and planning, and strong cross-functional relationship skills to drive decisions to bring brand strategy to life.
  • Plan, brief, and oversee the delivery work by internal teams and external agencies, such as research, PR/comms, social, channel planning partners, to deliver an integrated campaign plan and activities.
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant brand or product marketing experience in finance and tech space 
  • Strong experience and keen interest in analysing brand, consumer, category, cultural trends and data insights to identify opportunities for the brand
  • Experience in running integrated campaigns from strategy to execution and end-to-end project management 
  • Experience in forming strong working relationships with marketing counterparts in paid, owned and earned disciplines, forming the basis of trust and action to move strategies from theory to reality.
