Junior BA/Generalist

Responsibilities:  

• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives
• Set up the forecasting process and steps as well as coordinating input to the forecast with the rest of the organisation
• Define and follow up of KPIs linked to budget and forecast
• Analyse the company’s operational performance as well as new initiatives and new opportunities for growth
• Be a business partner to the operational teams in special projects and analysis
• Provide support to the Product, Marketing and Tech teams, providing process mapping, product specification support and testing/validation based on local requirements
• Provide research assistance on target markets
• Support Product, Tech, Marketing and Customer Service teams, taking on other areas or initiatives as required 

Requirements :  

• A degree with good honours from a good university
• Strong operational hands on skills
• Excellent excel knowledge and financial modeling skills
• Able to translate business questions into financial analysis
• Strong attention to detail and logical thought processes, providing structure to unstructured problems
• Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal/communication skills and work ethic
• High levels of adaptability in working in a fluid start-up environment
• Comfortable with ‘blank sheet of paper’ assignments
• Fluent in English

Extra Awesome:  

Knowledge of Blockchain technology 

Experience trading or using trading platforms

Familiar with programming languages
