As a Lending Operations Manager, you will be a part of the first federally chartered digital asset bank within Anchorage Digital and a small, but mighty team responsible for the Anchorage Digital Financing business - helping customers to generate yield through lending and borrowing coins for trading and operational needs. 

As the Lending Operations Manager you will: 

  • Build and scale our lending infrastructure, including tracking the sales pipeline, developing loan structuring and origination processes, and loan cash flow monitoring.  
  • Create features that serve the needs of lenders and borrowers across multiple verticals
  • Manage the monthly interest payments process, statement generation, loan payments and refinances, and accounting for the lending facilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to scale our lending business

You may be a fit for this role if:

  • You have experience in the financial services, payments or cryptocurrency industry
  • You have expertise in financial products and operational processes for transaction settlement
  • A passion for detail and operational excellence
  • Knowledge of python is a plus
  • Experience with  payment or trading settlement processes
