Our mission is to reduce the skill shortage gap in the new collar economy by introducing a competitive search ranking system in the non formal education ecosystem. While bringing radical ecosystem transparency and trust into the ecosystem, we will enable stakeholders to plug marketplace gaps.
The firm’s founder comes from bulge bracket investment banking background who over the last 5 years has developed Blockchain and platform design thinking expertise at successful startups. He was one of the first hires at a leading SaaS analytics company which provides tools and data insights to global Amazon sellers increase their sales rank in the A9 search engine algorithm. (sold in 2016). He is seeking a marketing co-founder / CMO with proven success in creating successful product, brand communication expertise and strong interests in ICOs.
IF WHEN THEN has signed up well-known advisors, ecosystem partners and have completed a thorough market research campaign. Now we move on to sign global employers to the platform. The founder is currently finalizing the white paper. The brand identity and clickable prototype has been completed while a top tier national law firm is handling the regulatory aspects. IF WHEN THEN plans to raise approximately $15 to $30 million through a private presale and ICO.

As a key member of the IF WHEN THEN management team, this is an opportunity to contribute from the ground up and prepare the communication strategy for our multiple platform stakeholders. We are looking for a natural storyteller who can set the brand perception and communicate our position from emerging to leading Blockchain startup.
Digital marketing, PR or branding knowledge
- Based on several operational positions before (digital marketing, PR or branding) you know how to implement a PR strategy. This will require a strategy that maximizes our PR exposure with our leading partners and stakeholders.
- Identify marketing methods to resonate with our different stakeholders and drive adoption of IF WHEN THEN platform solutions.
- Develop a communication strategy, marketing plan and oversee the day-to-day implementation. - Need to be very comfortable working day-to-day as part of a marketing team, be responsible for managing public relations campaigns and content while ensuring our message is consistent, timely, and relevant to the targeted community.
- Have a detailed awareness of our evolving priorities, establish performance metrics of PR and Marketing initiatives and a dedication to the IF WHEN THEN purpose; to reduce the skills gap by increasing the trust and transparency in non formal education ecosystem so that students can discover new employment outcomes in high value and hyper growth sectors of the global economy.
- Build a highly efficient team of purpose driven marketing Professionals

- Minimum 3 years in leading marketing roles and 5 years working experience
