Get to know the role
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for managing of the company's external communications as effectively as possible. This will include an acceleration of brand awareness through successfully enhancing social media channels, and developing a strategy to execute the content and communications on those social media. The outcome of these goals will lead to greater engagement of target audience and gain loyal users.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, execute the content and communications strategy with the marketing team
- Continuously improve content by leveraging SEO keywords, research audience and metrics
- Own the content calendar for multiple channels such as mail, blog, social media
- Create and curate content in multiple formats (original text, photos, news etc) to generate traffic
- Engage with the target audience on social media to gain loyal users
- Extend marketing funnels to reach new audiences over new channels, such as influencers
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in content and social media marketing
- Strong track record of delivering excellent media results, preferably in crypto
- Hands-on experience with crypto communities and understanding of current market trends
- Strong storytelling, writing and verbal communication skills
- Highly analytical, using metrics to drive results
Plus:
- Solid understanding of the blockchain industry and a passion for the technology
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
