Product Marketing Manager (Remote)

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with 4+ years of marketing experience to manage a multi-channel marketing strategy, with a focus on product marketing, community growth and user acquisition. The ideal candidate is passionate about blockchain technology and the decentralized future it can shape, and is just as passionate about marketing, the ever changing technologies supporting it, and its timeless core concepts. Our Marketing Manager is both creative and analytical, is results driven, resourceful, and leads by example.

This role will report into the CEO and work closely with the design team to create, manage and execute ADD.xyz’s marketing strategy. This candidate will work within established channels and develop new channels, while ensuring ADD.xyz is producing consistent, engaging and effective communications - with the goal of expanding reach and converting community to customer.

Areas of responsibility:

• Content Strategy: managing, executing, and optimizing ADD’s content marketing strategy in line with existing and developing business objectives
• Product content: Create and disburse FAQs, Product brochures, Video tutorials, Easy-to-understand articles covering product features across multiple channels
• Consumer Adoption: 
• PR + Media: managing and optimizing existing agency relationships to drive and diversify reach beyond existing channels to grow community base
• Partnerships: liaising with business development, development, and third parties to create synergistic partnership announcements that capitalize on partners’ user bases
• Events: liaising with third parties to source and facilitate and manage AMAs, webinars, and conferences
• Digital: expanding reach and driving leads through the likes of Adwords, SEO, and paid social (facebook, google, instagram, tiktok), while optimizing content and channels for conversion via web
• Social Media: managing community managers, influencers, and social media team to ensure consistent and effective communication across all social channels
• User Acquisition: managing and implementing creative approaches and growth-hacking techniques to attract prospects and boost acquisition of ADD’s solutions
  
  

The ideal candidate has:

• Solid understanding of crypto/blockchain technology, ecosystems, and applications
• 4-5 years experience in a marketing position, either client or agency side
• Keen understanding of digital marketing practices, including Adwords, SEO, paid social, web analytics (Hubspot experience preferable)
• Strong technical writing capabilities
• Remarkable written and verbal communication skills
• Capability of working effectively and independently in a remote team environment
• Capacity to responding to high-pressure incidents and able to face issues calmly
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
