The ICON team is seeking a marketing lead to spearhead the expansion and engagement of our global community. As a marketing lead, you’ll work together with developers, project managers and community members to build a passionate, engaged, and diverse user-base in our meritocratic working environment. You will develop a marketing strategy, manage a number of blockchain communities in the ICON Ecosystem, grow the following of our social media accounts and lead initiatives to improve our recognition in the global blockchain space.

 

We would like to emphasize that this is a rare opportunity to create a world-wide public blockchain network. It would be a unique experience for someone who wants to dive head-first into the world of blockchain.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and grow the marketing team, lead our global PR / content / social media, and lead community management initiatives
  • Spearhead marketing campaigns including defining scope, resources, timeline, and management of execution
  • Lead the idea generation, development, and implementation of marketing strategies, product concepts, and promotional activities to drive interest and adoption of the ICON network, and its products/services
  • Collaborate with the business and engineering teams to develop marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products pre and post launch
  • Understand key industry trends and provide market research for project leaders

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Self-motivation
  • Blockchain/industry knowledge or quick learner
  • Social media and influencer marketing experience
  • Fluent in English

  • Portfolio of PR/Media contacts - willingness to grow contacts in the Blockchain space
