Marketing Lead

Are you a strategic mastermind with a genuine interest about the growing DAO landscape?

This role is full-time where you execute reBaked's Marketing, and support the other teams in their day-to-day work to onboard talented people in Web 3.0 projects as collaborators. The position includes a lot of strategic thinking, but at the same time, you’ll get your hands dirty and have concreteness in your daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Your task will be to coordinate our marketing initiatives, design & execute our campaigns.
You will play an integral role in growing our token economy, bootstrap our DAO, and launching our platforms.

• Planning, coordination, and implementation of all marketing activities.
• Social media strategies to create insightful content and build an online community
• Communications with the community managers and managing Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, Medium & more
• PR/ Content Strategy
• Finding new channels of marketing distribution.
• Assisting with Branding and content strategy
• Partnership Development
• Network with industry experts through Twitter to drive community awareness

The perfect candidate

Here’s what we require from you and your know-how:

• Experience in working with crypto companies;
• Previous experience in coordinating marketing efforts
• Ability to fluently speak and write in English
• Be Independent, self-motivated and goal-driven
• Experience in growing digital communities
• You have strong communication skills and you love to pitch things you are proud of
• You are well-organized and self-motivated. You get to plan your job very freely so good self-management skills are required
• You get motivated when reaching your goals
• You are creative and can think outside the box
• You are an inspiring person and a good leader

Other details

Hours and compensation
This is either a full-time or part-time position contract depending on the candidate's preference
Salary is commensurate with location, experience and the market
Further achievement rewards in $BAKED tokens -Subject to legislation according to candidate's citizenship
This is a remote-only position- with one annual retreat across the world
