We have an exciting opportunity to bring on a Marketing Lead (Growth Focus) to help us drive user growth and improve the overall customer journey and experience.
Responsibilities
- Grow our online Citizenship base through marketing campaigns, lead generation content, cross-marketing strategies, digital strategies and industry partnership campaigns
- Design and execute customer journey experiences including onboarding processes, marketing automations, and social media engagement
- Partner with Project Leads to design and execute project launch marketing ideas and plans
- Analyse and translate relevant data to inform and empower marketing ideation and execution
- Review and improve website content, as well as SEO/SEM, to generate increasing traffic, awareness and usage
- Write, edit and/or develop creative content across different media (blogs, socials, video)
Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience
- A go getter and positive attitude who operates proactively
- Ability to develop high level strategies and deliver minute details
- Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
- A passion for customers - demonstrable EQ is highly regarded
- Experience in the crypto industry (but not necessary)
- Experience in Wordpress and/or creative software is a major plus
This position can be either part-time or full-time. It will be 100% remote working, along with all other Blockzero Citizens.
Note: Salary will be paid in our native token (XIO) to the equivalent USD salary amount each pay period. All individuals working on the project have been compensated with this method for over 2 years.
