Your Impact
- Take end-to-end ownership of the entire marketing cycle—manage and allocate the monthly marketing budget, analyze ROI of campaigns, and report results on a bi-weekly basis
- Follow emerging trends, conduct competitor analysis and develop marketing strategies
- Drive customer acquisition and boost brand awareness by finding potential collaborations and channels
- Manage effective tracking systems for marketing activities
- Conduct and report analysis of site and social traffic
- Analyze data to generate insights on consumer behavior
- Establish and monitor KPIs
- Plan, set up and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns and strategies
- Coordinate with Business Developers and Community Managers across the globe to enact marketing programs
Requirements
- 2+ years work experience in paid advertising, paid search, social media ads, or display ads
- Thorough understanding of pay-per-click, analytics software such as Google Analytics, and popular social media
- Proficiency in Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and common technology tools
- (Preferred) Understanding of blockchain marketing, Telegram, and social media marketing
- Commercial awareness of blockchain industry and current trends
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Analytical: able to collect and organize data, define problems and articulate solutions
- Strong task management skills; ability to manage a task list, prioritize, and follow through on items and campaigns
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive and resourceful
- Self-motivated; entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, and determination to get things done
- Prior experience working in a remote-first environment; and able to work independently whilst collaborating closely with a team
- Comfortable communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Driven; We want people who are passionate about the blockchain industry, and are eager to up-skill and hone their knowledge in the crypto space
