Head of Marketing

Location: Remote working, company’s timezone is Indochina GMT +7

We are hiring a Head of Marketing to expertly develop and execute marketing strategies for AnRKey X across its multi-release Play to Earn game studio and suite of metaverse creator and developer tools.

This role requires all aspects of marketing for the business of AnRKey X. A desired candidate is expected to contribute in building a long-term strategic growth plan for the business and community, working closely with the executive, editorial, product, technical, and community teams. The role covers all marketing functions and activities, including content generation (advertising, digital, and social), budgeting and planning, leading teams and vendors of content creation and design, directing the execution of company and community marketing goals, and providing measurable and actionable ROI analysis to continually improve results. In addition, the candidate should have experience in managing and scaling communities across multiple social media platforms: Telegram, Discord and Twitter. 

A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a passion for building and operating business-driving marketing decisions while being able to contribute in a hands-on fashion. They should have a deep understanding of effective marketing practices in the blockchain or traditional gaming, decentralized finance market, and the metaverse across the entire spectrum of traditional and digital marketing and community channels.

 Key Responsibilities

• Marketing vision and implementation: define the marketing vision to support Company's overall business growth objectives, and oversee its day-to-day implementation across all marketing activities. Develop and manage processes and people for scale in order to improve effectively and efficiently. 
• Lead generation: define target/priority markets, lead and support the content creation and design teams to achieve lead generation objectives (quantity and quality) through well thought-out, impactful campaigns that align with company milestones, leveraging and creating relevant content and tools
• Content management: content strategy around our games, NFT campaigns and Metaverse are paramount to our success. You will need to produce marketing and community content around website content, localized text/video/audio/images for global markets, video editing, audio recording, live streaming, and AMAs. You will delegate and manage AnRKey X community admins with the content you’ve created. 
• Content writing: produce high quality written content for social media posts, blog posts, newsletters and video content is required.
• Community management: oversee the day-to-day processes of AnRKey X community managers and admins. Develop ways to innovate and activate our community including development and management of community campaigns and ambassador programs.
• Community Growth: establish industry best practices for community growth strategies while innovating, experimenting, and pushing boundaries. Assist in scaling community management teams, including onboarding and managing new staff members. Set and track goals and metrics to gauge effective community growth and engagement 

• Brand awareness: build out and deploy over time a clear and distinct brand strategy that separates us from the herd with simple, exciting concepts to attract new users and partners. Utilizing marketing analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, google ads, etc.) to create brand awareness and understand the market segmentation in order to fully target.  Generate brand exposure by securing and managing influencers, AMA events, and overall community promotion partners. 
• Measurement and reporting: determine a data-driven marketing discipline across all levels of the team and ensure executive stakeholders are informed of the marketing department's role in driving business impact and reported progress. Monitoring and studying marketing analytics metric data to determine the ROI of marketing efforts is essential. 
• Documenting and scheduling: create and maintain documentation and plans that are shared with the team to ensure clear and actionable goals are understood, planned, and executed with proper lead time across multiple internal teams
• Operations & management: drive operational efficiency of marketing strategies and the teams you manage, define relevant processes and tools to operate at scale, and liaise between creative, technical, and executive teams to implement vision and strategy accurately across the business

Requirements 

• At least 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience and a proven track record in crypto, blockchain or traditional gaming, Decentralized Finance, NFTs or metaverse
•  A deep understanding of the gaming, metaverse, NFT, and DeFi markets, the trends and the key players
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Strong writing skills: proficient experience in social media, blog post, community, and newsletter writing
• Strong analytical and logical skills, problem-solving and organizational skills and strong presentation skills - are required 
•  Experience with marketing analytics e.g. Google and Facebook analytics, able to do analysis and propose optimizing actions. In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels (Google ads, Google Analytics, Facebook,Twitter, Reddit. etc.) is highly desirable.
• Able to provide clear and direct communication. Turning complex ideas into simple presentations to present to both internal and external stakeholders. 
• High calibre of operational standards background - always being proactive and meticulous - with an eye for details.
• Comfortable working extensively on Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, and Discord
• Additional language(s) including Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Filipino, Thai, or Turkish is a bonus
• Remote work only (must be able to work on Asia time zone)

Compensation: 

Compensation is based on experience of the highly-qualified applicant meeting requirements.
