Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help coordinate our marketing activities and lead our marketing initiatives as we make moves towards achieving this goal.

The main job of the marketing manager is to ensure a structured, well-organized marketing department where there is a clear strategy, a clear outline of tasks, and effective supervision to ensure that the strategy is effectively followed and outlined tasks are completed on time.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate is someone with ambition, creativity, team-spirit, and someone able to ensure structure and proper follow up so that tasks are done and efficiently. 

More importantly, since we are a meme movement, our ideal candidate realizes the importance of the community in the success of a meme coin and is able to factor this in when working on marketing initiatives.

 
In addition, candidates get bonus points if they meet the following criteria:

Have experience leading marketing initiatives/campaigns for successful crypto organizations.
Have experience with creating/overseeing viral marketing initiatives/campaigns (doesn’t necessarily have to be crypto related).
Have experience in leading community effort towards helping an idea/concept spread.
 

Not meeting the above criteria won’t disqualify you (you should apply even if you don’t meet them), but meeting them is going to give you an advantage as we value demonstrable experience.

Responsibilities:

Help create structure and organization for our marketing department.
Work with the team to create marketing strategies and tactics to hit pre-defined growth milestones.
Research competitors and generate ideas that can be used to grow in a rapidly-evolving industry.
Analyze overall crypto market trends and meme-specific trends and come up with growth ideas.
Coordinate marketing activities and ensure efficiency at getting marketing tasks done.
Track results and ROI from individual and overall marketing activities.
Work with marketing and content teams to ensure a unified marketing vision and coordination in getting things done.
Facilitate partnerships and integrations towards enhancing utility for the MARVIN token.
Come up with ideas and initiatives to help MARVIN go mainstream.
Facilitate relationships with influencers and help onboard them if needed.
Develop customer loyalty programs to help ensure a more loyal holder base.
Come up with an international marketing strategy mostly focused on helping us have a stronghold in Asia.
Coordinate social media activities and PR initiatives aimed at informing users about what’s happening with MARVIN.
Coordinate TG activity by being personally involved and working with moderators to ensure the TG group is always active and positive.
Organize distribution of press releases about MARVIN on relevant media sites whenever we have important news.
Coordinate content strategy.
Work with the team to understand goals/targets and report on the effectiveness of different marketing initiatives.
Other marketing activities as the need arises.
 
Requirements:

Demonstrable experience/involvement in marketing activities/roles.
Strong interest/experience in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
Good command of English.
Creativity.
Team/collaborative spirit.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work on community-inspired/related concepts and initiatives as we’re a community/meme project.
Attention to detail.

Hours:
