We are searching for an ambitious marketing manager to spearhead our marketing campaigns and social media. This person must be personable, professional, detail oriented, proactive, flexible and enjoy the challenges of working with a small team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
- Perform market research on target audiences to determine the best ways to reach customers and develop lasting relationships.
- Brainstorm and come up with ideas of new campaigns or improvement to meet the objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Passionate about crypto, DeFi or NFT; having knowledge of crypto is a plus
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit, detail oriented, ability to work under pressure
- Data-driven mindset
- Strong at English writing and speaking
