Role Summary
We are looking for a fast paced, organized, proactive Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to manage a multi-channel marketing and community building program that will be foundational for the growth and adoption of our protocol and its ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is passionate about blockchain technology and particularly the decentralized future it can shape, and is just as passionate about digital marketing, the ever changing technologies supporting it, and its timeless core concepts.
Our Marketing Manager needs to get marketing, get Web3 and have an inherently smart marketing and business outlook.

Key responsibilities
- Manage marketing and community building strategies
- Ensure the cadence and quality of our social media, content and marketing calendars
- Collaborate with the social media manager to create narratives and memes
- Create product propositions and develop sales materials
- Work closely with the product team to understand and champion our protocol
- Translate technical details into benefits for the user
- Research and develop compelling Customer Value Propositions and the associated GTM strategy to activate them
- Develop campaign strategies to drive product adoption and retention
- Work with partners to create media-friendly co-marketing campaigns
- Extract insights from multiple analytics dashboards and report on key metrics
Must have skills and attributes
- Good understanding of blockchain technology and its application
- Experience and willingness to be hands on with social media management tools
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise with influencers, content creators and subject matter experts
- Capable of working effectively and independently in a remote team environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- A never ending curiosity to learn and master new tooling and best practices
- Formal training or qualification in marketing and branding is a strong advantage
- Experience with Ecommerce technology and understanding of the e-Commerce value chain are a strong plus
