Marketing & Partnerships Lead

We are hiring a Marketing & Partnerships Lead. This is a full-time position.

In this role, you will be leading all our marketing efforts and will be responsible for partnership development

Your role will be truly varied and will include some of the core ownership areas, as well as various projects based on both your talents/preferences and the business needs of the company.

In particular, you will have to:

  • Plan, coordinate and manage marketing initiatives. Work with influencers
  • Research and identify new business and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop new relationships with high-profile crypto projects
  • Identify options to monetize the project and implement these options

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a Sales/BD role at a crypto project OR 3+ years of experience in a Sales/BD or related role
  • Strong personal knowledge of how BD works in the crypto space
  • Strong sales skills
  • Driven, persistent, self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Experienced with working in remote teams
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • An existing network in crypto is a big plus - we really expect that :)

You will report directly to CEO. 

You will get a base salary in project tokens and a very attractive performance bonus package
