Operations/Communications Manager for Thorstarter

We are currently looking for a operations manager to plan with commmuncations, investor/team comms, marketing, PR and general admin work pre/post launch.

This is an all-around kind of job as we are pre-launch. Succesful hire will need to wear many hats until the settle into their role. 

This is a remote full time position. Strong preference given to applicants that understand the requirements of being part of an early startup team. 

If you're looking for a side hustle or easy crypto job this probably isn't a good fit. 

This is a brand new opening for someone who has:

• Several years experience in management positions (either startups, crypto)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong understanding of general crypto and DeFi
• 2-3 years experience in startup marketing

What You Need for this Position

• Systematic approach to work, project management skills, ability to manage own time and work under deadlines.
• Comfort with numbers and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent accuracy & analytical skills.
• Solid communication skills - be able to communicate clearly, concisely and listen well.

• Love improving processes and making sure that "trains run on time".
• Assert meritocracy and being judged by what you deliver.
• Ownership mentality, prepared to work beyond 9-to-5 to achieve what is required for the business, especially pre launch.
• Enjoy working in an international team environment through various messaging apps as we are a completely remote and global team.
