Create and execute the vision for Layer3's product design & branding
Proactively drive and conduct user research to improve products based on systemic feedback evaluation
Establish a design organization from the ground up, building the best-in-class web & mobile applications
Solve novel user interaction issues related to cross-chain applications
Create high-quality wireframes, mocks, and interactive protofypes to help define the best solutions
Ensure the products we ship are consistent with our design and branding standards
Stay up-to-date with competitor products and industry trends
Requirements
3+ years of UX, UI, product, or graphic design experience
Strong product sensibility
Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
Good with Figma (or similiar design tools)
A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence and passion for design
Unrelenting work ethic
Strong communication skills
