Product Manager (DeFi, DAO)

Who we're looking for

Mirana is looking for experienced product managers to help design and drive the core experience, mechanism design, and delivery of products incubated within Labs. As a product manager, you will be working closely with the rest of the engineering team and partners to enable an open ecosystem of derivatives, Layer 2 solutions, and other new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Propose product features and seek consensus among Mirana Labs and external stakeholders (including BitDAO voters).
• Identify existing solutions, design tradeoffs, and provided scope for the research effort.
• Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents, allowing internal and external teams to contribute.
• Coordinate the full stack implementation and go-to-market process.
• Engage regularly with key stakeholders to determine strategy and priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including engineering (internal and external), design, research, data science, product management, executive leadership, and recruiting.

Requirements

• Strong technical background and 3+ years of experience in global remote-first engineering management.
• Understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and/or crypto economic protocols.
• Adept at planning, prioritization, execution, and coaching.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to a wide variety of audiences at differing levels of technical sophistication.
• Passion for the benefits of decentralization and the Mirana mission.
• The ability to learn and adapt to a rapidly evolving tech stack.

Compensation 

We're committed to offering you compensation competitive to the market based on your experience.

• Base in Local currency or USDT, paid monthly
• BIT tokens vested every 6 months over 5 years
• Other performance based compensation based on role
