Product Manager / Product Owner

You will be responsible to drive the development of our front-end platform, analysing and understanding requirements and interacting with internal and external stakeholders. You will be owning the product roadmap, planning and coordinating its execution as well as identifying and analysing improvements and driving the development of the platform.  

Some responsibilities may include:

• Identifying, analysing and understanding user needs and improving or coming up with features to meet these requirements
• Understanding the strategic and competitive position of DeQuest and the ability to deliver product innovations and features that are aligned with our mission
• Interacting with users and stakeholders 
• Taking responsibility for the product roadmap, outlining its implementation and coordinating its execution
• Developing concepts for incremental product innovation and delivering the path to implementation
• Analyse the market and competing projects for ideas and opportunities while creating a vision for a product that offers unique value to our users
• Working with the founders along with other executives to carry out the successful launch of new platform content and product features

Qualification

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner at a tech company, preferably in blockchain ecosystems (particularly GameFi) and/or related to DAOs.
• Have a good understanding of the DeFi space and are excited about the future of Blockchain technologies, NFTs and the metaverse

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, recognise opportunities and put them into action to achieve winning product differentiation

• Ability to work self-organised and effectively in a remote environment with flexible working hours, come up with your own ideas, outline them and coordinate their implementation

• Ability to clearly communicate and justify your ideas and concepts

• Possess a delivery mindset

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Qualification

• You have active experience with playing several GameFi projects
• You hold game-related NFTs
• You have participated in any of the GameFi DAOs
• You have been active in a gaming guild
