Product & Ops Lead – Solana Memecoin Launchpad

We’re building a next-gen memecoin launchpad on Solana—fast, fun, and pushing the boundaries of what token launches can be.

We’re looking for someone who’s technically fluent in Solana and memecoin ecosystems, and comfortable doing a bit of everything: guiding developers, handling ops, managing integrations, and keeping projects on track.

This is not a coding role, but you must understand Solana deeply enough to interface with devs, shape product direction, and ensure technical soundness.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Act as technical lead/project owner—turn vision into clear direction for the dev team
• Oversee integration of Solana tools like Raydium Launchpad, Meteora DBC, and MPC solutions
• Coordinate across devs, designers, and contractors to hit build milestones
• Handle operational tasks: scheduling, tracking, documentation, dashboards, async comms
• Contribute to tokenomics, feature prioritization, and ecosystem strategy

✅ You Bring

• Strong knowledge of Solana smart contract architecture, PDAs, bonding curves, token creation, AMMs, and launchpads
• Familiarity with memecoin platforms (pump.fun, letsbonk.fun, dx.fun, etc.)
• Project or product management experience—able to juggle moving parts and keep things organized
• Ability to translate ideas into structured, actionable plans for technical teams
• Bonus: Experience in Web3 product development, launchpads, or crypto startup ops
