Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- 3+ years of project management experience, out of which at least 1+ years would be in the blockchain industry;
- Familiar with the Maker Ecosystem or prior experience in Web3;
- Strong understanding of the general crypto market and on top of your game regarding making things happen!
- Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and management skills;
- Coordinate and communicate all product implementation and project workstreams impacting the customer experience;
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to meet demanding deadlines;
- Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests;
- Prepare contingency plans and incorporate them into strategic planning;
- Professional fluency in English;
- Ability to work self-organised and effectively in a remote environment.

- Planning and executing projects and events in a timely fashion and within budget;
- Coordinating with the rest of the team, by managing, guiding and ensuring tasks and responsibilities of other team members are being executed upon;
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests;
- Preparing contingency plans and incorporating them into strategic planning;
- Reporting to the Management with the progress of the project.
