Responsibilities:
- Combine contributions from various parties to produce management reports and ensure key performance indicators are properly setup and analyzed to facilitate business decision making
- Ensure project plans and documentation are complete, prepare project meeting minutes, project budgeting and data analysis
- Coordinate and follow-up on project activities, including reporting cycles, project meeting logistics, accurate tracking of deliverables and action items
- To ensure regular, efficient communication and alignment between the COO/Head of COO Office and key stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain business requirement documentation with the respective functional teams
- Provide regular project updates and prepare for management reporting and respond to issues and escalations
Qualifications:Â
- Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities and project management experience in a fast paced environment
- Working experience with Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence/data management tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Tableau will be highly regarded
- Strong communication skills (both verbal & written) with confidence to liaise with all levels including top management and across different functions
- University Degree in any discipline
- 2-3 years of project management experience in a tech firm or financial institution
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Comfortable to work independently with minimal guidance
- Process improvement / business analytics experience would be a plus
