Quant Trader for Market Making

We are looking for a quant trader to join our trading team. You will contribute to both our automated flow trading business and market making business

We run several different investing and trading related services, which includes treasury management, and most importantly market making for our institutional clients. 

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct research/pricing/execution/hedging to facilitate flow by using our automated trading infrastructure.
• Expand automated trading business to new trading products and venues, calibrate and fine tune the performance.
• Conduct daily market sentiment, risk exposure, P&L and reporting.
• Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance.
• Work with trading ops to improve our automated middle-office system.
• Work with trading devs to improve our pricing/execution/booking logic.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Trader at a prop firm / market maker managing your own book.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, healthy risk appetite, competitive by nature and fast decision maker.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skill.
