We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with technology recruitment experience to join us on an initial 6/9-month term with being open to extending the term or making the position permanent. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of People and will mainly support the technology organization with all their recruiting needs, often focusing on candidates in and around the European timezones.

The majority of your vacancies are going to be technical, however there might be others needing your support, too. The technical roles will vary and will cover the whole spectrum of technology, including blockchain, engineering, DevOps, support, management and others, so candidates with different types of specialist/generalist recruitment experience will be considered for this role.

We're remote-first, so you can be based anywhere, as long as you have a good alignment with European time zones.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of technical and non-technical roles to find the best talent.
  • Work together with hiring managers and other stakeholders to identify their recruitment needs, define and review job descriptions, post and manage the vacancies.
  • Actively source, interview, and select exceptional talent, both from a technical and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Build a pipeline of prospective/suitable candidates using different hiring channels (including direct search).
  • Contribute ideas to improve our processes and hiring strategy.


  • 2+ years of full-cycle tech recruitment experience in an agency or in-house.
  • Experience in tech startups preferable
  • Experience in recruiting for a variety of different roles and skillsets, with a focus on technical recruitment preferred.
  • Strong and demonstrable experience actively sourcing candidates (through LinkedIn and possibly other technical and web3-specific channels and platforms, including communities and platforms, from Reddit to Discord to Twitter to others).
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in closing candidates and negotiating offer terms.
  • Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time.
  • Experience sourcing and hiring candidates internationally would be preferred.
  • Start-up mindset and desire to achieve great results
  • Attention to detail and great organizational skills.
  • An understanding of (or desire to learn about) blockchain / crypto space.
