Brand Communications Manager

Position Overview:

BitMart is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a deep understanding of the crypto industry and a proven track record in media relations and public relations in the blockchain space. As the Brand Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing BitMart's brand presence, media coverage, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand communication strategies to enhance BitMart's visibility and reputation in the crypto industry.
• Secure media coverage and create compelling press releases to promote BitMart's initiatives, product launches, news, and key developments.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• Host engaging Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) sessions with provided key influencers and project leaders.
• Represent BitMart during AMAs, effectively moderating discussions, addressing community questions, and fostering a positive and informative environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and communication strategies across various channels, including social media, blog posts, app, and website content.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to improve BitMart's communication strategies.
• Develop and maintain a database of media contacts, manage media inquiries, and proactively pitch stories to secure favorable coverage.
• Develop an editorial calendar with upcoming press opportunities and secure them.
• Assist in communication management by providing timely and accurate information to the media and addressing potential issues professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto markets.
• At least three years of media relations or public relations experience, with a proven track record of securing media coverage and building relationships with journalists.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling press releases, articles, and other communication materials.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, external partners, and the broader crypto community.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Deadline-driven and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality work on time.
• Professional and polished presentation skills, with the ability to represent BitMart confidently and authentically during public-facing engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hosting or moderating AMAs or similar community-focused events.
• Established relationships with key media outlets and influencers in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
• Experience working in a global and multicultural team environment.
