We’re looking for a APAC Sales Associate to help us launch into our next phase of growth. You’ll join our Sales team and support our relationship management efforts, developing deep and fruitful connections with private clients and institutional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Significantly grow our Asia PCS and Institutional Revenue
  • Originate new clients and identify new business opportunities. 
  • Manage long term client relationships and work closely with our international team.
  • Understand the challenges of our institutional clients and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales and/or trading role with an ownership mentality.
  • Network of Asia based crypto native firms with a record of long-lasting and productive relationships
  • Familiarity with traditional finance firms; high frequency, OTC, family offices etc.
  • An understanding of proprietary trading funds, hedge funds, miners and crypto exchanges 
  • Interest in crypto currencies and enthusiasm about BlockFi’s products and business model
  • Ability to represent the company’s culture and values to our institutional counterparties 
  • Inclusive team player attitude
  • Start-up mindset
