* Management of scrum events (backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives)
* Help the development team to create realistic and valuable sprint goals
* Help the development team to meet their definition-of-ready (knowledge sharing, requirements gathering, design and specification)
* Help the development team to meet their definition-of-done (coding and testing acceptance criteria)
* Close collaboration with the Head of Development on applying the standards, processes, and policies shared by all development teams
* Preparation of retrospective reports on development progress and team performance
* Management of GitHub project boards and milestones for each relevant product
Requirements
* 3+ years experience as a scrum master
* Basic understanding of blockchain technology
* Excellent social skills, with an outgoing, open demeanour
* A team player with a passion for effective teamwork
* Experience in a fast-paced tech environment
* Native level English communication skills
