Responsibilities
- Community engagement and moderation across Telegram, Reddit, and DiscordÂ
- Building and executing a strategy to drive community growth and engagement
- Planning and execution of online campaigns and eventsÂ
- Recording complaints/concerns of the members, and addressing them
- Support of local bybit communities and ambassador management
- Planning and executing marketing campaignsÂ
- Collecting usersâ feedback and improvements proposals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in community management
- Crypto and crypto trading knowledge
- Strong interest and passion for cryptoÂ
- Knowledge of Telegram, Discord and Reddit tools
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Ability to work well independently and as a member of a highly integrated and diverse team
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage conflict
