About the role
looking for a Senior Manager of Product Analytics to join our Data and Analytics team! Supporting digital product analytics, you will lead the ongoing development of our analytics infrastructure and help the larger team unlock the value of our data.
The core areas of focus of this role will be ensuring our web analytics are accurate, reliable, and actionable. This role will partner closely with our (awesome) Digital Product and Engineering team and help inform our digital product strategy.
What we're loking for
● 5+ years working in data and analytics, with an emphasis on digital product or web analytics
● 3+ years of experience with applied statistics or experimentation in an industry setting
● Proficient in SQL (familiarity with dbt a plus!)
● Experience with one or more web analytics platforms (e.g., Snowplow, Amplitude, Heap etc.)
● Experience with one or more Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Looker, Mode, etc.)
● Enthusiasm for conducting reproducible analysis; we believe in code review, version control, and solid documentation
● Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
● Eagerness to build a best-in-class data practice
● A proactive and collaborative approach; you love working with people and people love working with you
What you'll do
● Own tagging setup in Google Tag Manager / Amplitude as well as build dashboards
● Lead design and analysis of A/B tests serving as a supportive partner to product on implementation
● Help track down bugs and other odd site behavior helping to define new analytics integrations on site, test and sign off before tracking is added, and debug issues in production
● Own web analytics at Billie, which will involve defining, transforming, testing and documenting data to ensure deep understanding of consumer behavior
● Conduct strategic analyses to identify business opportunities to add value for the business
● Partner with our Digital Product and Engineering team to solve problems and inform product decisions
● Apply statistical methods to make predictions and inform personalization
● Proactively seek out and investigate new technologies to advance Billie’s analytics practiceRATE: $60.00-$75.00/ hr
