HaloDAO brings real world liquidity into DeFi by building a region specific synthetic stablecoin marketplace and protocol, then driving adoption through solid business partnerships with on/off ramps and wallet builders in Southeast Asia. We're looking for a kick ass design lead to help us build relatable and easy to use interfaces and experiences that even non crypto users can pick up and understand.
- Requirements
- A design lead with a minimum 5 years of experience with end-to-end product design (req gathering through prototyping and working with dev team)
- Demonstrated experience leading the design of complex, large-scale tools that are simple, elegant, and beautiful
- Expertise in Sketch, Figma, Principle, and other tools for generating wireframes, designs, prototypes and specifications
- Excellent communicator and cross functional collaborator
- Proven skills in stakeholder management and visual storytelling
- Past experience building a dApp, NFT or crypto related products
- What you will do
- Provide strategic thinking on how we get to an end state. Ability to take something from zero to one
- Lead design of user interfaces for a synthetic minter, AMM, governance and rewards module as we build out our vision of a Southeast Asian Web 3.0 Economy
- Work with our branding team to collaborate on a consistent experience
- Work with the developer team to understand technical limitations and balance against user's requirements
- Design user flows for various types of liquidity provider and end user personas, and continually work to understand their quickly shifting behaviors
- Lead in developing and ensuring consistency in our design language system, brand, and platform architecture, and evolve our best practices
- Contribute to business strategy, requirement definition and feature prioritization
- Facilitate alignment with stakeholders across the org and all levels of leadership
